Summer '20 - Spring '21 Applications

Application forms at the bottom of this page.

CCW is excited to open applications for our Leadership and Residency Programs. Young adults aged 18-24 can apply to serve CCW as a Fellow, Intern, Student Leader or Student Volunteer as well as a spot in one of our Ministry Houses in Jacksonville/St. Augustine. All applications are due by 11:59pm PT on May 3, 2020. For more information, please email us at admin@campustocity.org.

  • Student Volunteers (SVs) are individuals who want to be a part of CCW Leadership but do not have as much time to make a firm commitment. SVs can choose what and how often they participate in the ministry via campus gatherings, small groups, Evolve, cooking team, etc. SVs support ministry on one campus.

  • Student Leaders (SLs) are individuals who want to commit to participating in CCW as a leader; knowing that being a leader also carries some responsibilities to make good on that commitment. While SLs can choose what and how often they participate in the ministry, there must be agreement on the how and what. Student Leaders will be invited to specific leadership growth opportunities during the academic year and are invited to apply for the Residency Program when space becomes available. Student Leaders commit to serving one campus as well as support our multi-campus strategy (ie Evolve).

  • Interns participate fully in CCW's ministry including weekly worship gatherings, leadership meetings, cooking team, retreats and special events as assigned. Interns may receive a monthly stipend depending on the available funds. Interns will be invited to specific leadership growth opportunities during the academic year and are invited to apply for the Residency Program with priority access when space becomes available. Interns serve one campus as well as support our multi-campus strategy (ie Evolve) and online ministry efforts (ie Studio Wesley).

  • Fellows join the Executive Team in serving all college-aged young adults in Northeast Florida through one or more areas on campus, supporting our multi-campus strategy (ie Evolve) and our online ministry efforts (ie Studio Wesley). These leaders will participate in strategy/planning meetings for their ministry areas, have the opportunity to experiment with new ministry ideas via a Lead Project and will receive a stipend. Leadership growth opportunities are integrated into the Fellows Program during the academic year and upon application, automatically accepted into the Residency Program. There will be no more than 4 Fellows for the Fall'20/Spring'21 Semesters.
